Zakaat-ul-Fitr is an obligation on every Muslim unless he is very poor and he does not have the provision. Otherwise its obligation on every Muslim.Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said”Give one Saa of dates or barley as Zakaat-ul-Fitr for every Muslim, slave or free, male or female, young or old”.Answer By Dr Zakir Naik
