We have all heard the story of Surah Kahf where Prophet Musa AS embarks on a journey to meet a very mysterious man called Khidr or Khizar. A man who was given some kind of superior and a mysterious knowledge by Allah s.w.t, according to Quran.
A man who’s real name is not even known and we only know him by the title of Khizar because Prophet Muhammad s.a.w told us that whenever Khizar lived; that place turned into “Khadra” or lush green valley.
He is also known to have lived more than thousands of years. Some say it is because he has drunk from the fountain of youth and some tell different stories but … What is the truth?
