How Islamic is Constitution of Pakistan? This is a Short Clip of Dr Israr Ahmed English lecture of his Quran Tafseer.
In this video Dr Israr Ahmed, the founder of TANZEEM-E-ISLAMI, Pakistan telling us that it is in our constitution that sovereignty is of Allah the authority that we have is delegated. To say I am a Muslim is very easy and to practice Islam is not so easy. Allama Iqbal said that “When I say I am a Muslim I trembled. Because I know, how difficult is to be real Muslim”. Constitution of Pakistan is just directive principle and it is not fulfilled completely. If constitution of Pakistan is fully implemented then the state will become an Islamic state.
