We often complain about injustice toward the ummah, yet overlook the wrongs we commit within our own households. The Quran shows that genuine change starts at home. If we can’t stand up for fairness in our personal and family lives, any call for justice on a larger scale rings hollow. True integrity demands we address our closest relationships first, only then can we claim to stand for justice in the broader community.
