In this video Dr Israr Ahmed, the founder of TANZEEM-E-ISLAMI, Pakistan telling us that after Muhammad (SAW) there can be two conditions theoratically. Either there is a system of caliphate or Islamic state. And in an Islamic state there should be written sovereignity belongs to Allah. You are nobody to declare anthing legal or illegal in an Islamic state. Abubakar (R.A) said that if after becoming caliph if I go to a right path it’s your duty to obey me and if I go on a wrong path it is your duty to rectify me. It is Haram for a muslim to live in a country where people having head of affairs are not Muslim.
