Nuh was the first messenger of Allah to the people of the world, he said to his people, oh my people, I’m a clear warner to you, warning you from the punishment of Allah, worship Allah! Ask Allah for his forgiveness! if you worship Allah, He will sustain you, and He will give you what you want, you have no deity other than Him. Indeed, I fear for you the punishment of a tremendous Day – Al Qur’an (Ch7, v59) Nuh said, oh my lord, verily I have called my people night and day, then verily, I called them in the open, and I proclaimed to them in public, and I have appealed to them in private, but all my calling added nothing but their flight from the truth, Verily! Every time I called unto them that You might forgive them, they thrust their fingers into their ears, covered themselves up with their garments, and persisted (in their refusal), and magnified themselves in pride.” (Quran 71:5-7)
