This talk was delivered in Ramadan 2013, as a tangent to the story of Musa (a.s.) and Khidr (a.s.) and the 3 incidents they encountered. Each story deals with a calamity of some sort, and Dr. Shaykh Yasir Qadhi describes how Muslims should perceive calamities and tragedies.
