We all have heard the story of Zulqarnain and Yajooj and Majooj (Gog and Magog) in Surah Kahf verse 83 that there was a king who travelled three times. And during his travels, he imprisoned strange beings like Gog and Magog behind an iron wall but why ?
Why did he do so but most importantly, why is this story told in Quran in the first place ? The answer is that because the Jews of Ahbar tribe asked Quraish to put this question in front of Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w)
